We also sell other brands on our website that we have curated in accordance with our quality standards, value pricing, originality, and design aesthetic. Of course, we have agreements to sell these products on our website.

To offer our customers high-quality creations at the most value-for-money prices. 95% of our items are designed and manufactured in China – and for prices to be truly fair, they must stay the same all year round. We do not levy huge mark-up margins on our products and therefore frequent discounts offered are not viable or sustainable! That’s why we rarely run sales or promotions.

Resale Policy

We always welcome resellers to distribute our products. To be considered an authorized Reseller, a business must comply with the requirement set forth below. We may revoke such authorization at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, a Reseller’s failure to meet or continue to maintain its business in compliance with this Policy.

Maintaining the integrity of the supply chain, which is essential to preserving our market value, depends on our resellers.

1. Sales to End Users Only.
Unless otherwise agreed with Smiry in writing, Reseller may only purchase Products for resale to consumers and end-user customers and Reseller may not resell Products to distributors or for further distribution in any manner.

Resellers may purchase Smiry Products only from smirystore.com or an authorized distributor of Smiry. Products not purchased from Smiry or its authorized distributors could be damaged or stored in conditions that might compromise Product integrity or be out of compliance with Smiry’ rigorous quality and safety standards. To ensure the safety and well-being of the end users of the Products, a Reseller shall cooperate with Smiry should any Product need to be recalled or safety information disseminated to consumers. Products purchased outside the authorized supply chain will void any warranty that Smiry might offer.

2.  Compliance with MAP
If Smiry maintains a “minimum advertised price” or “MAP” or other policy that restricts the minimum price at which the Products may be advertised, the Reseller may not advertise the Products at a price less than such minimum advertised price.

3. Handling and Storage.
Reseller agrees to handle and store the Products in a safe manner and in compliance with Brand Owner’s storage and handling guidelines. Reseller will ensure that any Products it purchases are stored in secure, climate-controlled warehouses.

4. Labeling.
Reseller agrees to preserve any labels, tags, serial numbers, lot numbers or other labels affixed by Smiry to the Product (or within Product packaging) in the form affixed by Brand Owner and to ensure that the same are not removed, modified, altered or obscured in any way.

5. Consumer Safety and Recall.
Reseller will cooperate with Smiry in connection with any investigation of consumer safety claims or any evaluation of a product recall.

6. Customer Service.
Reseller will maintain customer service phone and email response functions as required by the Original Agreement to handle customer complaints, returns and other customer service functions. At Smiry’s request, Reseller will provide any reports or other information requested by Smiry, with respect to a particular Product (whether by lot number or other identifying data) to determine the date or Reseller’s purchase of the Product, the location where the Product was stored, and the dates on which the Product was sold or shipped by Reseller to a purchaser.

7.  Product Damage or Theft.
If any significant quantity of Products purchased by Reseller are lost, stolen or damaged, Reseller will promptly report such event to Smiry.

8. Other Information, Documents and Reports.
Reseller must provide Smiry with any supplemental information, documents and reports that Smiry may request in order to validate Reseller’s compliance with this Policy and to support Smiry’s warranty support and customer support obligations and initiatives.
